Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist to drive the online presence of our brands. You will plan, schedule, and publish content, engage with our community, run paid campaigns, and collaborate with influencers to amplify our reach.

Key responsibilities

• Create, organize, and schedule social media posts across multiple brand accounts.
• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Coordinate with designers and content creators to ensure timely publication.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Research, contact, and negotiate with relevant influencers for collaborations.
• Arrange events, testimonials, and interviews for social sharing.
• Support writing and editing of captions, campaign messages, and other content.
• Track campaign performance and produce regular reports with improvement recommendations.
• Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
• Experience creating and managing social media content calendars.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and paid social campaigns.
• Good knowledge of influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
• Excellent English writing and editing abilities.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, able to handle multiple brands and deadlines.
• Effective communication and relationship‑building with designers, marketers, customers, and external partners.
