Social Media Marketing Specialist (Cairo)

About the role

Uni-clean is seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead its digital presence across multiple platforms. You will design and execute strategies that boost brand awareness, grow followers, and generate qualified leads for its cleaning and maintenance services, with a focus on the Saudi market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Manage and expand Uni-clean’s presence on Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Plan, schedule and publish engaging Arabic and English content tailored to the Saudi audience.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity and content opportunities.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high‑quality visual and video assets.
• Write compelling captions and campaign copy in both Arabic and English.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse KPIs and produce regular reports with actionable insights.
• Work closely with the paid‑media team to optimise campaign ROI.
• Stay updated on platform algorithms, updates and best practices.
• Engage with the online community, respond to interactions and protect the brand’s reputation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven social media marketing experience in the Saudi market.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills in Arabic and English.
• Deep understanding of Saudi consumer behaviour and digital culture.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, Snapchat for Business, LinkedIn and other social media management tools.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities.
• Ability to develop monthly content calendars and SEO‑aware strategies.
• Experience collaborating with designers and video editors.
• Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
