Social Media Specialist

About the role

The Social Media Specialist will create and curate engaging digital content for Torasna’s heritage projects, manage audience interactions, and support storytelling across social platforms, newsletters and marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Produce written, visual and multimedia content for social media, websites, newsletters and promotional materials.
• Write captions, articles, event descriptions and other copy aligned with brand standards.
• Capture photos and video during events, activations and project activities, and edit short‑form videos for digital distribution.
• Monitor and moderate social channels, respond to audience inquiries, and foster positive community engagement.
• Support content calendar planning, track trends and emerging digital opportunities, and assist in campaign execution.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers and videographers to develop content assets and coordinate live coverage of events.

Required profile

• Passion for heritage, culture and community storytelling.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
