Social Media Specialist & SEO

About the role

The Social Media Specialist & SEO will manage and grow the agency’s and clients’ online presence across key social platforms, delivering consistent, engaging, brand‑aligned content. This full‑time, on‑site position in New Cairo involves planning social media calendars, creating and optimizing posts, monitoring performance analytics, and adjusting strategies to boost reach and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media calendars for agency and client accounts.
• Create, schedule, and optimize posts across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website and landing‑page content for SEO.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and refine strategies based on data insights.
• Manage community interactions, respond to audience queries, and track trends relevant to the Saudi real‑estate market.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account managers to align social and SEO efforts with campaign objectives.
• Support broader digital marketing initiatives aimed at lead generation and strengthening clients’ digital footprints.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Social Media Marketing and Content Creation, managing multi‑platform campaigns.
• Solid understanding of Digital Marketing principles, especially within real‑estate or related sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Hands‑on experience with SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on‑page optimization, and analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in real‑estate marketing, agency environments, or the Saudi market is preferred.
