Software Engineer Level 3 – Backend (AdTech)

About the role

We are looking for a Software Development Engineer – Level 3 (SDE3) to join our adtech team. You will own a focused segment of our adtech stack, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor junior engineers while delivering high‑quality, scalable backend solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve a specific segment of the adtech platform, translating stakeholder needs into reliable code.
• Design and implement fault‑tolerant, highly available distributed systems.
• Develop clean, maintainable backend solutions that avoid accidental complexity.
• Mentor and guide junior members of the engineering team.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong self‑direction and ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in adtech is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with backend development, preferably Python.
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Experience building and operating distributed systems.
