About the role

vROOT is expanding its commercial team and seeks a motivated Software Sales Agent to drive B2B sales of SaaS, ERP and digital transformation solutions. This full‑time role is ideal for fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for technology.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the complete B2B software sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Present software, ERP and digital service solutions to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demos and sales presentations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads.
  • Negotiate pricing, proposals and contracts professionally.
  • Maintain accurate pipelines and activity logs in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical and development teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.

Required profile

  • Background in Business, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, MIS or related fields.
  • Strong interest in software sales, SaaS, ERP and digital solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
  • Fresh graduates with a proactive learning mindset are encouraged to apply.

Required skills

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms.
  • Understanding of ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of SaaS solutions.
