About the role
vROOT is expanding its commercial team and seeks a motivated Software Sales Agent to drive B2B sales of SaaS, ERP and digital transformation solutions. This full‑time role is ideal for fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for technology.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete B2B software sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Present software, ERP and digital service solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
- Conduct client meetings, product demos and sales presentations.
- Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads.
- Negotiate pricing, proposals and contracts professionally.
- Maintain accurate pipelines and activity logs in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical and development teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
Required profile
- Background in Business, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, MIS or related fields.
- Strong interest in software sales, SaaS, ERP and digital solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Fresh graduates with a proactive learning mindset are encouraged to apply.

- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
