Solution Architect – Core HR Systems

About the role

We are seeking a Solution Architect for Core HR Systems to join our Workday team. You will lead the implementation of new Workday integrations, oversee the overall Workday architecture, and ensure solutions remain stable, maintainable, and compliant with our standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement new integrations from Workday and manage the Workday architecture.
• Design integration solutions that follow the established roadmap.
• Provide functional expertise for the design, setup, and maintenance of Workday integrations.
• Monitor integrations continuously and support the AMS team in incident resolution and optimization.
• Lead projects related to Workday integration, ensuring successful adoption of new features.
• Analyze data trends to recommend improvements for system performance.
• Stay current with Workday product releases and propose updates as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Workday integration roles.
• Workday Integration certifications (PECI and Workday Studio) preferred.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, including tools such as SOAPUI or Postman.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Continuous learning mindset to keep up with evolving technologies.
