Solution Architect D365

About the role

The Solution Architect D365 will ensure the long‑term stability, performance and evolution of our Dynamics 365 CRM ecosystem. Working across EG, GR and BG, you will design end‑to‑end solutions that align with Coca‑Cola Hellenic’s enterprise architecture principles.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams and business partners to capture requirements and translate them into high‑level solution designs, highlighting prerequisites, risks and performance impacts.
• Create and maintain solution designs for D365 Customer Engagement apps, mobile‑first features, and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React and Node.js.
• Ensure proper use of Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines (ALM, YAML) and document architecture using TOGAF principles in Azure DevOps Wiki.
• Coordinate with CCH architect community, security and enterprise architects to validate design principles and integrate cloud solutions.
• Work closely with platform architects on performance improvements, support integration teams, and participate in RFI/RFP assessments.
• Adopt SAFe Agile practices, promote DevSecOps, and stay current with emerging technologies.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Developer, Solution Architect or Business Analyst in Microsoft D365 Sales, Customer Service or Field Services, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Proven experience with SOA patterns and TOGAF (or similar) architecture frameworks.
