Spa Therapist (Female) – Expat Position

About the role

The Spa Therapist will be responsible for delivering high‑standard treatments and ensuring an exceptional spa experience for guests in line with Resense’s vision and Kempinski’s luxury standards. This full‑time, permanent position is based in Cairo and requires a female professional willing to work in an expatriate setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tailored spa treatments and maintain the overall spa experience to a high standard.
• Communicate with guests, record preferences, and follow up on treatment satisfaction.
• Manage stock, supplies, and ensure cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms.
• Achieve sales targets and record daily sales figures accurately.
• Supervise safety of users and equipment, adhering to health, safety and hygiene legislation.
• Cover reception duties when required and maintain punctuality and professional appearance.

Required profile

• Internationally recognized massage certificate (and optionally beauty therapy, aromatherapy).
• Minimum three years of spa therapy experience.
• Excellent oral and written English; local language skills as applicable.

Required skills

• Computer literate (mid‑advanced level).
• Business writing.
• First aid and CPR certified.
