Spa Therapist

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence is looking for a talented and experienced Spa Therapist who shares its passion for excellence and enjoys creating the ultimate guest experience. The therapist is an integral member of the Spa, performing body and aesthetic treatments according to established Four Seasons and specific treatment protocols, with exceptional customer service and an understanding of guests' needs because of the one-to-one nature of the role.

Key responsibilities

• Perform body and aesthetic treatments according to established protocols and procedures.
• Stock and keep treatment rooms clean.
• Customize treatments to meet guests' needs.
• Provide 50, 80 and 110-minute massage and body treatments.
• Maintain equipment and the sample inventory of products.
• Suggest and promote retail products or additional services.
• Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the female area.
• Promote the massage to spa members and hotel guests.
• Handle emergencies and report accidents to the manager and security.
• Follow the Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct, and work professionally with colleagues and supervisors.

Required profile

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in a related position at Four Seasons or another organization.
• Studying a related field in secondary (college) education.
• Ability to read and speak English and to supervise others.
• Ability to give general advice.

The position is full-time, with 44 working hours per week.
