About the role

The Specialist and Consultant in Plastic Surgery is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The role combines clinical consultations, surgical interventions, and post‑operative care to deliver high‑quality aesthetic and reconstructive services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑operative assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Perform plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures.
• Manage post‑operative care and monitor patient recovery.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety.
• Communicate risks, benefits, and outcomes clearly to patients.
• Participate in case reviews and quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Stay current with advances in plastic surgery through ongoing education.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible physician in Plastic Surgery with a valid Egyptian medical license.
• Proven experience in both aesthetic and reconstructive procedures.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent patient communication and counseling skills.
• Commitment to collaborative, safety‑focused team work.
• Proficiency in detailed medical documentation and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Ongoing professional development through training and conferences.
• Hospital or clinic experience preferred; familiarity with modern medical technologies beneficial.
