Specification Manager – Egypt

About the role

The Specification Manager will lead market education and product specification activities across Egypt, Libya and Sudan. You will work closely with architects, consultants and developers to influence product selection early in the design process and drive sales through specification demand generation.

Key responsibilities

• Promote LIXIL products through presentations, seminars and marketing materials, providing technical training to specifiers.
• Identify and engage specifiers early, maintain CRM and specification tracking systems, and monitor project progress.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, plan quarterly/annual PR activities and increase brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximise project business, targeting hotels, residential, and healthcare sectors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in fine art or architecture.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Minimum 5 years of senior experience in specification or related roles within interior design and bathroom products.
• Proven market knowledge of the region and ability to influence decisions.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently on short business trips.
