Sr. Growth Copywriter (AI-native)

About the role

We are a US‑based upskilling and training company serving the MENA region, partnered with global tech leaders such as AWS, Google and Salesforce. We seek a Senior Growth Copywriter who can leverage AI‑assisted writing workflows to produce high‑volume, high‑impact copy across multiple programs, channels and languages.

Key responsibilities

• Write high‑converting ad copy for Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat and X, producing 50+ variants per campaign and adapting messaging for Egypt, KSA and UAE.
• Develop full‑lifecycle email and WhatsApp nurture sequences, personalising content by program, segment and behaviour stage.
• Create and optimise landing page copy, SEO‑focused blog posts and YouTube descriptions, and generate multiple variants for A/B testing.
• Produce community and social media content for Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn and Twitter/X, including influencer briefs and short‑form video scripts.
• Maintain brand‑voice guidelines, document winning copy patterns and collaborate with brand and performance marketing managers.
• Use AI writing tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) as the primary drafting engine, building prompt libraries, translating and localising content, and designing AI‑assisted workflows to achieve 10× speed.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in growth, performance or direct‑response copywriting with a strong portfolio of ads, emails and landing pages.
• Proven ability to write for digital ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) and to produce measurable email sequence results.
• Fluent English writing skills; Arabic writing ability is a significant advantage.
• Experience working in fast‑paced environments producing high volumes of content.

Required skills

• Digital advertising platforms: Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and X.
• Copywriting frameworks (AIDA, PAS, Before‑After‑Bridge) and rapid content localisation.
• SEO‑optimized content creation and email/WhatsApp sequence development.
