Storekeeper

About the role

Groovy Aesthetic clinics is looking for a dedicated Storekeeper to manage the daily operations of its clinic storeroom. The role is full‑time, on‑site in Heliopolis and supports the front‑of‑house and treatment teams by ensuring that all supplies, equipment and products are available when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record incoming deliveries for quality and accuracy.
• Organise, label and store items according to clinic standards and safety regulations.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory counts and update records in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with purchasing and clinical teams to replenish stock in a timely manner.
• Handle packing, unloading and, where applicable, operate a forklift or other material‑handling equipment.
• Maintain clear documentation of all stock movements and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols.

Required profile

• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Basic computer literacy for using inventory or ERP software.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; logistics, warehousing or supply‑chain training is a plus.
