About the role
As a Student Advisor you will engage with prospective learners, understand their goals and guide them to the most suitable course. You will support them from the first inquiry through enrolment, ensuring a smooth start to their studies.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, email and other channels
- Assess learners' objectives and recommend appropriate programs
- Explain course details, schedules, fees and enrolment steps
- Follow up to help prospects decide and complete registration
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and collaborate with academic and operations teams
Required profile
- Minimum B2 level of English
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Friendly, confident and professional demeanor
- Interest in helping people achieve learning goals
- Organized with consistent follow‑ups
Required skills
- Experience in education, customer service, admissions or advising
- Sales experience is a plus
