About the role

Red Bull Student Marketeers are brand and product ambassadors who represent the brand on their university campus and in their region. The program aims to reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales and manage the brand at a student level, through direct contact with consumers, product trials and work at Red Bull events. It suits people who value flexibility over a 9 to 5 job and enjoy a creative working atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand and product ambassador: live the brand values and represent them positively in everyday interactions with consumers and customers.
• Grow the user base by inviting product trial and awareness through sampling at the right place and time, and answering consumer questions.
• Build and run an insight-driven, campus-tailored plan that engages students, and create a strong network of key local contacts.
• Drive brand engagement on social media with authentic content.
• Build relationships with local sales account managers so Red Bull is available and visible in outlets, and help open new distribution points on campus and beyond.
• Use Red Bull assets to keep the brand top of mind in sales accounts and ensure store standards are followed.
• Maintain Student Marketeer tools, plan and report activities on the dedicated online platform, and share ideas with the team regularly.

Required profile

• Second or third-year student.
• Excellent communication skills, charismatic, energetic, approachable and able to relate to different people.
• Immersed in student life, with a thorough understanding of the university, city and region.
• Creative mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, responsibility and initiative.
• Affinity for learning marketing, negotiation and sales skills.
• Connected with influential groups and individuals on campus.
• Must have a valid driving license.

The role is part-time and requires managing part-time work and studies, ideally including some evenings and weekends.
