Student Marketeer - MSA

About the role

Red Bull is looking for a Student Marketeer in the MSA region (Cairo). As part of its brand and product ambassador program, you will represent the brand on your university campus and in your region, reaching new consumers, increasing sales and managing the brand at student level. The role is part-time and suits someone who values flexibility over a 9 to 5 job and enjoys a creative working atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand and product ambassador: live the brand values and represent them positively in everyday interactions with consumers and customers.
• Grow the user base by inviting product trials and raising awareness through product sampling, answering consumer questions and concerns.
• Build and run an insight-driven, campus-tailored plan that engages students and brings the brand to life.
• Build a strong network of key local contacts and drive brand engagement on social media with authentic content.
• Build relationships with local sales account managers so Red Bull stays available and visible in outlets, and help open new distribution points on campus and beyond.
• Use Red Bull assets to keep the brand top of mind in sales accounts and ensure store standards are followed.
• Maintain all Student Marketeer tools, plan and report activities on the dedicated online platform, and share ideas with the team regularly.

Required profile

• Second or third-year student.
• Excellent communication skills, charismatic, energetic, outgoing and highly approachable.
• Immersed in student life, with a thorough understanding of the university, city and region, including behind-the-scenes activities and hot spots.
• Creative mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, responsibility and initiative.
• Affinity for learning marketing, negotiation and sales skills.
• Connected with influential groups and individuals on campus.
• Passion for the Red Bull brand and product.
• Must have a valid driving license.

The role is part-time, and candidates should be able to manage work and studies, ideally being available some evenings and weekends.
