Supply Chain Graduate Trainee

About the role

Join Nestlé’s fast‑track development program as a Supply Chain Graduate Trainee. You will rotate through key supply chain functions, gaining hands‑on experience in planning, operations, logistics and sourcing while contributing to projects that ensure raw ingredients and finished products reach the right place at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of supply chain activities across multiple regions.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and propose improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including procurement, production, and distribution.
• Participate in rotation assignments to understand end‑to‑end supply chain processes.
• Assist in preparing reports and dashboards for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a strong passion for supply chain management.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi‑functional, fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English with a very good GPA.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
