Supply Chain Manager

About the role

The Supply Chain Manager will lead purchasing and logistics for a multi‑concept food & beverage and entertainment portfolio. This role designs the end‑to‑end supply chain framework, ensures compliance, and drives cost‑effective sourcing across all outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a 12‑month procurement plan for food, beverage, packaging, uniforms and operating supplies.
• Design the supply chain organisational structure, draft the Supply Chain Policy Manual and SOPs, and create an ERP roadmap with standardised SKU coding.
• Build and maintain a centralised vendor database, enforce whitelist and ISO/HACCP certification, and negotiate supplier agreements with clear SLAs.
• Control spend against budget, enforce three‑quote thresholds, PO‑to‑invoice validation and GRN matching, and propose bulk‑purchase savings.
• Plan inventory based on outlet consumption and central kitchen forecasts to maintain optimal buffer stocks and avoid stockouts.
• Lead supply‑chain set‑up for new restaurant and entertainment venue openings, advising on warehousing, logistics and distribution models.
• Produce quarterly performance reports covering spend analysis, savings and KPIs, and collaborate closely with Operations, Central Kitchen and Finance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5‑7 years of experience in food & beverage procurement, purchasing or logistics, preferably in fine‑dining or multi‑restaurant environments.
• Proven experience in pre‑opening supply‑chain set‑up, vendor onboarding and contract negotiation.
• Track record of developing sourcing standards, SOPs, policy manuals or procurement playbooks.
