Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are looking for a visionary Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end product flow at Joy Glass in Giza. The role involves overseeing procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics and risk management to ensure cost‑effective, on‑time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead procurement activities and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Manage inventory control and warehouse operations to optimise storage and distribution.
• Oversee logistics and transportation, ensuring timely and cost‑efficient delivery.
• Implement risk mitigation plans to protect the supply chain from disruptions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with other departments to drive operational efficiency.
• Use data analysis and reporting to support strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
• Enhance foundational systems and infrastructure for a resilient supply chain.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics or related fields.
• Proven leadership ability in managing end‑to‑end supply chain functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on cost optimisation and customer service.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
