Support Engineer

About the role

As a Support Engineer at Trufla Technology, you will be the first point of contact for clients using our digital insurance brokerage platform. You will turn stressful moments into positive experiences by diagnosing technical issues, providing empathetic communication, and ensuring customers achieve success with our suite of tools.

Key responsibilities

• Use AI tools such as Claude and Cursor, together with manual investigation, to research, troubleshoot, and resolve client‑reported issues quickly.
• Reproduce reported problems in testing environments before escalation.
• Analyze application behavior, logs, and system information to identify root causes.
• Gather precise information from customers via Jira tickets, email, phone or virtual meetings.
• Provide clear, timely updates and follow‑up to confirm full resolution.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Implementation and Customer Success teams to improve workflows and product quality.

Required profile

• Strong empathy and communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Curiosity and analytical mindset, focused on root‑cause analysis.
• Ownership mentality and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Interest in leveraging AI as a core part of daily work.
