System Administrator – SAP & APMS

About the role

The position supports reliability and maintenance projects by managing equipment data within SAP and providing IT assistance throughout project execution. It is based in Saudi Arabia and works closely with reliability, maintenance, operations and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Extract, analyze, and validate equipment master data, maintenance history, and other records from SAP.
• Support RCM workshops and reliability studies by organizing equipment and maintenance data.
• Prepare equipment registers, functional location records, bills of materials (BOMs), dashboards, and project reports.
• Develop presentations for workshops, progress reviews, and management.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and coordinate with Reliability, Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering teams.
• Provide IT and data support during project execution.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in system administration, SAP, IT support, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP PM, including equipment master data, functional locations, maintenance plans, work orders, and maintenance history.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills, with experience preparing reports and presentations.
• Ability to manage large datasets, verify data quality, and maintain organized project records.
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Experience with RCM, RBI, asset management, CMMS/EAM systems, or oil and gas and other industrial operations is an advantage.
