Tajik Language Specialist – AI Trainer (Freelance)

About the role

We are seeking a fluent Tajik language professional to help improve large‑scale AI models. As a freelance AI trainer, you will provide linguistic expertise that ensures AI outputs are natural, accurate, and culturally appropriate for Tajik speakers.

Key responsibilities

• Review and annotate Tajik text datasets.
• Assess AI‑generated Tajik content for accuracy, fluency, and cultural relevance.
• Identify and document recurring error patterns.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to refine prompts, evaluation methods, and linguistic guidelines.
• Provide detailed feedback on grammar, syntax, semantics, style, and cultural appropriateness.

Required profile

• Fluency in Tajik with strong written communication skills.
• Professional experience in translation, linguistics, language teaching, editing, or related fields.
• Experience with linguistic annotation or training data creation is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and cultural knowledge.
