Talent Acquisition Associate Manager

About the role

Vodafone is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate Manager to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple business functions. You will partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to design and execute hiring strategies that support the company’s growth and diversity goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and high‑quality hires for critical and future roles.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective sourcing plans.
• Coach, develop and motivate a team of talent acquisition professionals to achieve performance targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency, candidate experience and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Leverage recruitment analytics and market insights for informed hiring decisions and workforce planning.
• Maintain strong employer branding and candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, adhere to service level agreements and governance standards.
• Support diversity and inclusion hiring initiatives aligned with Vodafone’s values.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a large, fast‑moving organization.
• Proven people‑management and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of recruitment trends, sourcing strategies and talent market dynamics.
• Experience with recruitment analytics and KPI monitoring.
