Talent Acquisition Sourcing Analyst

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Analyst to join its Global Business Services team. You will lead the creation and development of talent pipelines for specific business areas, functions, or geographies, focusing on both active and passive candidates in a highly competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition partners and leads to design and execute sourcing strategies that deliver high‑quality candidates.
• Research and open new sourcing channels, uncover hidden talent pools, and maintain a robust pipeline for targeted roles.
• Craft comprehensive search assignments, ensuring a deep understanding of job requirements and talent gaps.
• Own the end‑to‑end sourcing and screening process, using diverse tools and techniques to identify, engage, and assess candidates.
• Submit shortlists, provide interview context, and maintain accurate documentation of all recruiting activities.
• Deliver a premium candidate experience, communicating PepsiCo’s employer brand and career opportunities.
• Track and achieve key metrics such as Time‑to‑Accept, Time‑to‑Hire, and Hiring Manager Satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with passive candidates in a competitive talent market.
• Ability to build long‑term relationships with candidate pools and act as a sourcing subject‑matter expert.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of PepsiCo’s culture to convey compelling career narratives.
• Agile mindset, able to shift focus across priorities as new initiatives arise.
