Talent Acquisition Specialist – Blue Collar Hiring

About the role

Dr. Greiche Group is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead blue‑collar recruitment for its high‑performance glass manufacturing operations. Based on-site in 10th of Ramadan, you will manage the full hiring cycle, ensuring the workforce aligns with production demands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for blue‑collar positions across the plant.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, field sourcing, and platforms such as Wuzzuf and Facebook groups.
• Screen, interview, and assess applicants efficiently.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build talent pipelines.
• Maintain timely hiring aligned with operational schedules.
• Support employer branding initiatives targeting blue‑collar talent.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in blue‑collar recruitment (mandatory).
• Background in high‑volume hiring environments.
• Strong interviewing and assessment capabilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings (preferred).
