Talent Acquisition Specialist – English Speaker

About the role

iQor is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist who will lead the full recruitment cycle for English‑speaking candidates. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates using job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience from application to offer.
• Keep candidate information accurate and up‑to‑date offline and in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year of experience with mass hiring.
• C1 level English proficiency.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
