About the role
iQor is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist who will lead the full recruitment cycle for English‑speaking candidates. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Key responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates using job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience from application to offer.
- Keep candidate information accurate and up‑to‑date offline and in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Required profile
- Minimum 1 + year of experience with mass hiring.
- C1 level English proficiency.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
