Talent Acquisition Specialist – IT Hiring

About the role

Click Group (Click ITS) is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead both niche technical hiring and high‑volume recruitment for its IT infrastructure business in Nasr City, Cairo. You will act as a strategic partner to Technical Directors and Sales Managers, driving the company’s most aggressive hiring phase to date.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for specialized roles such as Network Engineers, Security Architects, Virtualization Specialists, and Pre‑sales Consultants.
• Manage high‑volume hiring cycles for IT Support staff, call‑center agents, and retail sales teams.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard‑to‑fill certifications (Cisco, Fortinet, VMware) before requisitions open.
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Egydata, Wuzzuf, and niche tech communities; run employee referral programs.
• Consult hiring managers on realistic requirements, salary benchmarks, and market availability of certifications.
• Coordinate technical assessments, panel interviews with C‑level executives, and ensure a world‑class candidate experience.
• Represent Click Group at university career fairs and industry events to strengthen employer branding.
• Provide weekly metrics on time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, and source effectiveness.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of the Egyptian IT distribution and systems integration market.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to engage senior technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to negotiate offers and manage fast‑track hiring timelines.

Required skills

• Knowledge of networking hardware: Switch, Router, Firewall, Server.
• Familiarity with certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, VCP, Cisco, Fortinet, VMware.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Egydata, and Wuzzuf.
