About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of positions within Aromatic Herbs & Spices, ensuring a smooth and inclusive hiring experience. This full‑time, on‑site role in Beni Suef works closely with hiring managers to translate workforce needs into clear job profiles.

Key responsibilities

• Create and post job advertisements across appropriate channels.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Schedule, conduct, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and update applicant tracking systems.
• Support employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an attractive workplace.
• Facilitate onboarding and ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with company values.

Required profile

• Proven full‑life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in FMCG, food, or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of basic HR practices, labor regulations, and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously on‑site.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
