Talent Acquisition Specialist – Recruitment & Creator Acquisition

About the role

Gunners Media FZE is expanding its Talent Acquisition team and seeks a specialist to drive both employee recruitment and creator acquisition for live‑streaming and user‑generated‑content campaigns. The role combines traditional hiring for internal vacancies with proactive sourcing of digital content creators.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for internal positions, from sourcing and headhunting to interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
• Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job platforms, referrals and social media.
• Identify, approach and recruit content creators for live‑streaming and UGC campaigns, handling outreach, negotiation and onboarding.
• Provide basic onboarding and training for newly recruited creators before handing them to the Creator Management team.
• Maintain organized pipelines, recruitment databases and accurate reports, and meet monthly recruitment targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or headhunting.
• Proven ability to independently identify, approach and attract candidates, not only screen incoming applications.
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills with a target‑driven mindset.
• Fluent English and comfortable working with monthly targets and KPIs.
