Talent Acquisition Specialist – Technology & Commercial

About the role

Axis is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for both Technology and Commercial functions. You will partner with hiring managers to attract high‑quality talent across engineering, product, data, cybersecurity, sales, business development and more.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle for Technology and Commercial positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, professional communities and direct outreach.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and maintain talent pipelines for hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules, maintain ATS data and provide regular hiring status updates.
• Support job postings, employer branding initiatives and pre‑boarding activities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or sourcing, preferably for technology and/or commercial roles.
• Good understanding of technology functions (software engineering, QA, DevOps, data, cybersecurity, infrastructure, IT) and commercial functions (sales, BD, partnerships, account management, growth, marketing).
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Candidate sourcing and headhunting, especially via LinkedIn.
• CV screening and interview techniques.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment trackers (e.g., Teamtailor, ZenATS).
• Boolean search and direct outreach capabilities.
