About the role
We are seeking a Team Lead Site Engineer – Civil to oversee and drive the successful execution of civil construction projects. The role involves leading on‑site engineering teams, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety, and quality, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise civil site engineering teams
- Monitor and manage site progress and construction activities
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety, and quality standards
- Prepare and review site reports and technical documentation
- Support project delivery within planned timelines and budget
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in construction projects
- Proven experience in industrial projects
- Strong site management and team leadership skills
- Ability to manage site activities, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure project execution in line with quality and safety standards
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities
