Technical BIM Architect – Construction

About the role

Azizi Developments is seeking a Technical BIM Architect to lead the creation, coordination and maintenance of architectural BIM models for construction projects. The role focuses on delivering accurate models, construction documentation and ensuring multidisciplinary coordination in line with project requirements and BIM standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architectural BIM models in Autodesk Revit according to project BIM Execution Plans, required Level of Development and company standards.
• Create and manage parametric families, model elements and associated data to support accurate, technically coordinated model development.
• Extract and produce Good For Construction (GFC) drawings from coordinated BIM models, incorporating design changes, RFIs and technical comments.
• Maintain organized work‑in‑progress models for coordination, review and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform quality checks on models and documentation, identifying and resolving errors or inconsistencies.

Required profile

• Minimum 72 months (6 years) of BIM experience in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural construction processes and ability to translate them into BIM models.
• Proficiency in producing construction documentation and coordinating multidisciplinary models.
