Technical Director – Construction & Real Estate

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Technical Director to lead its Technical Office and related functions across civil, architectural, mechanical and electrical disciplines. This senior role combines technical oversight with strategic supply‑chain and project‑control responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Technical Office covering Civil, Architectural, Mechanical & Electrical disciplines.
• Oversee Supply Chain Management, including procurement and tendering activities.
• Direct Planning & Project Controls functions to ensure effective monitoring and control.
• Coordinate between Technical Office, Supply Chain, Planning, and Project Management teams.
• Monitor project progress, cost, quality and overall performance.
• Provide strategic technical and managerial direction to align projects with company objectives.
• Develop multidisciplinary teams and foster cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 17 years of experience in reputable construction or real‑estate development companies.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary Technical Office teams.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Strategic and commercial mindset with capacity to manage multiple functions simultaneously.
