Technical Office Engineer – Mechanical & Electrical

About the role

Join a fast‑growing back‑office team supporting a leading Saudi real‑estate developer. You will be responsible for producing and coordinating shop drawings for both mechanical and electrical systems on high‑impact projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review mechanical shop drawings for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and drainage systems.
• Coordinate mechanical drawings with architectural, structural, and electrical disciplines.
• Prepare and review electrical shop drawings for power, lighting, low‑current, and grounding systems.
• Coordinate electrical drawings with architectural, structural, and mechanical disciplines.
• Review technical documents, prepare RFIs and material submittals, and update drawings based on consultant comments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (mechanical role) or Electrical Engineering (electrical role).
• 3–5 years of experience in mechanical or electrical shop drawings.
• Contracting background with GCC project experience.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Revit MEP (preferred).
