Technical Office Manager (Landscape)

About the role

The Technical Office Manager (Landscape) will lead the technical side of landscape projects, ensuring that design, tendering, and site execution are carried out efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage pre‑qualification documentation, engineering activities, and technical design drawings.
• Oversee the tendering process, guaranteeing compliance with technical specifications.
• Participate in technical meetings with clients and project teams to resolve critical issues.
• Supervise on‑site landscaping practices, evaluate conditions and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate project schedules from award to hand‑over, linking design teams, suppliers and clients for studies, calculations, BOQs and material submittals.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, handling technical queries and material supply chain matters.
• Provide technical input for offers, subcontract awards and procurement.
• Conduct feasibility studies, assess capital costs and evaluate project viability.
• Monitor project costs, ensuring delivery within budget and supporting cost‑control activities.
• Supervise junior engineers in planning, cost control and quantity surveying.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Architecture.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in technical office management within the construction or landscaping sector.
