About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter based in Egypt to support hiring initiatives across North America. The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of technical positions, partner closely with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience while working North American business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and IT roles across the United States and Canada.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and team objectives.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments and evaluate technical qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and maintain a smooth candidate journey.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in IT or technical recruiting.
• Proven track record recruiting software engineers, DevOps, cloud, data, QA, cybersecurity and IT infrastructure professionals.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology and software development methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience supporting recruitment for North American markets and ability to work North American business hours.
