Technical Support Engineer – L2

About the role

Dsquares is seeking a motivated Technical Support Engineer (L2) to join its Technology department. You will provide high‑quality technical assistance to clients, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure the smooth operation of our loyalty‑program applications.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor applications and production systems for performance and availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents reported by clients.
• Analyze logs, database records and perform SQL queries for investigations.
• Support REST APIs, integrations and scheduled jobs using tools such as Postman.
• Escalate complex problems and follow up until resolution.
• Prepare incident and root‑cause analysis (RCA) reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely communication.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in technical or application support.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric attitude.

Required skills

• SQL Server and database troubleshooting.
• REST API concepts and testing with Postman.
• Working knowledge of Windows environments.
• Understanding of HTTP, JSON and XML formats.
