Technical Talent Partner – Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Noon is seeking a Technical Talent Partner to join its fast‑growing, multicultural team in Egypt. The role focuses on attracting, hiring, and retaining top‑tier technology professionals to support the company’s expanding e‑commerce and fintech ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, maintaining a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Design and execute progressive sourcing strategies using networking, social media, professional associations, and talent communities.
• Partner with line managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide stakeholder education on the recruitment process.
• Produce weekly and monthly talent acquisition metrics reports for senior management.
• Represent Noon at recruiting events and act as a brand ambassador within the tech community.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably for software engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology, software development life cycles, and current technology trends.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume hiring while maintaining quality and speed.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
