Technical Talent Sourcer

About the role

The client, a boutique executive search firm specializing in technology recruitment, is looking for a Technical Talent Sourcer to join its full‑time team. You will work remotely across LATAM, South Africa or Egypt, supporting recruiters by building pipelines of qualified technology professionals and delivering high‑quality candidate submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates for technical and non‑technical positions using Boolean searches and multiple sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Research companies, industries and talent markets to uncover high‑quality prospects.
• Conduct outreach via phone, email and recruiting campaigns, and perform initial screening calls.
• Present qualified candidates to internal recruiters for further evaluation.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Salesforce and the ATS, tracking activity and metrics.
• Participate in daily stand‑ups, weekly team meetings and ongoing training sessions.
• Meet activity and productivity goals related to outreach, conversations and qualified submissions.

Required profile

• Strong curiosity and research mindset with the ability to understand technical terminology.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to communicate exclusively in English during shifts.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working in a metrics‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce for candidate management.
• Experience creating Boolean search strings for talent sourcing.
