Technical Team Leader – Fintech & .NET

About the role

The Technical Team Leader will guide a group of software developers in delivering high‑quality fintech solutions built on the .NET platform. You will act as the bridge between the development team and management, ensuring that technical decisions align with product goals and architectural standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development team through full project lifecycles, from estimation to delivery.
• Participate in architectural discussions, provide implementation‑focused feedback, and enforce approved technical patterns.
• Oversee code reviews, enforce feature/branch freezes, and ensure testing deadlines are met.
• Validate implementations before handoff to QA, track KPIs such as code quality, test coverage, and bug ratios.
• Coordinate with BAs, PMs, UI/UX, QA, and other service teams to keep user stories clear and aligned.
• Mentor developers, conduct performance appraisals, and maintain an 85%+ on‑time delivery rate.
• Guide responsible use of AI‑assisted development tools and escalate complex architectural issues when needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading software development teams, preferably in fintech.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, agile sprint processes, and quality‑control practices.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical risks and progress to stakeholders.
