Technical Team Leader – Fintech & .Net

About the role

The Technical Team Leader will guide a group of software developers in delivering high‑quality Fintech solutions built on the .Net platform. You will act as the bridge between the development team and management, ensuring technical excellence, timely delivery, and alignment with product goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development team through full project lifecycles, participating in architectural discussions and providing implementation‑focused feedback.
• Estimate tasks, set timelines, and track KPIs such as code quality, test coverage, and bug ratios.
• Review and approve code, enforce feature/branch freezes, and validate implementations before QA hand‑off.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, UI/UX, QA, and services teams to keep user stories clear and up‑to‑date.
• Mentor developers, conduct performance appraisals, resolve conflicts, and maintain an 85%+ on‑time delivery rate.
• Guide responsible use of AI‑assisted development tools, ensuring outputs meet internal standards.

Required profile

• Proven ability to act as a technical reference and mentor for a development team.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Experience conducting performance reviews and managing team dynamics.
• Capability to estimate work accurately and maintain high delivery reliability.
• Willingness to escalate complex architectural challenges to senior engineers when needed.
