Telecommunications Agent

About the role

We are seeking a professional, customer‑focused Telecommunications Agent to join our team at Rixos Premium Seagate in Sharm El Sheikh. You will be the primary point of contact for guests and customers, delivering fast, courteous support for all telecommunications‑related inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and handle outbound outreach regarding telecom services, billing, technical issues, and account management.
• Troubleshoot basic technical problems and guide customers through step‑by‑step solutions.
• Process service activations, upgrades, cancellations, and account modifications.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM and ticketing platforms.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable telecom products, and handle complaints professionally.
• Escalate complex cases to specialized departments while keeping customers informed.
• Achieve performance targets for call handling time, satisfaction scores, and first‑call resolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call‑center or telecom environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and active‑listening abilities, calm under pressure.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Experience using ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with telecommunications platforms.
• Basic understanding of network concepts and telecom products.
