About the role
AZAR is looking for a motivated Telesales Executive Intern to join its hybrid team in Cairo. You will engage with potential and existing clients through phone and online channels, introduce the company’s creative services, qualify leads and support the sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and follow up on inbound inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support campaigns.
- Provide basic customer support, answering questions and ensuring a positive client experience.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills with clear speaking and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to work both in‑office and remotely in a hybrid setup.
- Interest in the creative, design or marketing industry.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Required skills
- Basic familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Proficiency in common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
