Telesales Specialist

About the role

Khazna is a fast‑growing neobank focused on financial inclusion for the underbanked in the Middle East. As a Telesales Specialist you will be the voice of the company, reaching out to prospective and existing customers to promote our smartphone‑based financial products.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to present Khazna’s products and services.
• Generate qualified leads and create sales opportunities through proactive outreach.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, or product presentation calls as required.
• Achieve campaign targets and meet KPIs such as sales results, conversion rates, and appointments booked.
• Maintain high productivity and quality standards across different campaigns and shift patterns.
• Collaborate with the team to support multiple campaigns and adapt to varying shift schedules.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales or a similar sales‑focused role.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Google Suite).
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Full flexibility to work across different shifts and support multiple campaigns.
