Tender Mechanical Engineer (3+ Years Experience)

About the role

Nass Tech is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead tender preparation and technical clarification for projects in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on studying tender documents, performing value‑engineering, and delivering cost‑effective proposals that align with client budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse tender documents including Scope of Work, BOQ, URS, specifications and drawings.
• Prepare and revise technical clarifications for clients, incorporating value‑engineering studies.
• Compile and submit complete technical tender files and proposals.
• Estimate direct and indirect costs based on technical and commercial assessments.
• Develop profit‑and‑loss reports and prepare technical or vendor‑list offers.
• Coordinate with equipment managers to generate equipment lists for tender submissions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering designs and schematics.
• Strong understanding of calculations and mathematics applied to MEP systems.
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience in tendering, cost estimation or related fields.
