Travel Advisor – Airline Accounts

About the role

Alorica is seeking a Travel Advisor to support several airline accounts. The role is based in Sheikh Zayed and operates on a rotational 24/7 schedule, offering an opportunity to build a career in the travel industry.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, and cancellations.
• Provide accurate information on airline policies, schedules, and fares.
• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries across multiple communication channels.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records for each airline account.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during shift handovers.

Required profile

• Proficient English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
• Willingness to work rotational shifts covering any time of day.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and interest in travel.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
