About the role
We are looking for a Travel and Reservations Manager to oversee all aspects of employee travel and accommodation. The role ensures smooth booking processes, cost‑effective partnerships and compliance with company policies, supporting business operations worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement travel and accommodation policies for employees.
- Manage relationships, contracts and negotiations with hotels, airlines and travel agencies.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for training programs, meetings and business assignments.
- Maintain liaison with government entities, embassies and service providers.
- Monitor travel expenses, ensuring cost efficiency and accurate execution of procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in travel management or related fields.
