Travel Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Travel Consultant to join our team in Egypt. The role involves managing end‑to‑end travel arrangements for internal staff and, when required, external clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and budgets. You will ensure smooth travel experiences while controlling costs and maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Book and modify flights, hotels, ground transportation and related services using travel booking systems.
• Maintain accurate records of itineraries, reservations and travel expenses.
• Respond promptly to travel inquiries, resolve issues and handle last‑minute changes.
• Coordinate with vendors and monitor travel schedules for disruptions.
• Provide travel advice and ensure adherence to company travel policies.

Required profile

• Strong experience in travel consulting and corporate travel management.
• Proficiency with travel booking systems or GDS platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Egypt and collaborate with local and international teams.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
